Education:        Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, Pennsylvania State University

Professional:    Until August 2004, Mr. Hofmeister was a Partner and Design Principal at Kling in Philadelphia, PA. In February 2005, he started the engineering design firm, Hofmeister + Engineering, PC. During his over thirty-six year tenure at four different firms, the last fourteen years of which were at Kling, he has been partially or wholly responsible for the engineering systems design and management for more than seven million square feet of a wide variety of institutional, commercial and industrial facilities. He has also been involved in the strategic facility master planning of more than 18 million square feet of facilities on 12 different campuses and has focused on facility performance assessment and enhancement services. He has led project teams of various sizes and durations, presiding over cumulative associated construction costs in excess of $200 million.

Mr. Hofmeister is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and  a past member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE). He has been a frequent speaker at ISPE events in the United States and Europe on a variety of topics and has three publications.

Personal:          Mr. Hofmeister is active in ministry and is an ordained pastor in the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. He is also an active member of the Bucks-Mont Coalition for Evangelism (BCME) and enjoys woodworking, genealogy and spending time with his family.
